<p>The present invention relates to a spherical sintered material which can be used as a dehumidifying agent and a deodorizing agent using a volcanic byproduct such as a volcanic stone and volcanic ashes; and to a manufacturing method of the spherical sintered material. More specifically, the spherical sintered material has excellent hygroscopicity in comparison to a dehumidifying agent and a deodorizing agent which uses calcium chloride, and can protect the environment. According to the present invention, the spherical sintered material using the volcanic byproduct is technically characterized by a ball placed in the center of the sintered material, wherein the volcanic byproduct is included in the sintered material which has been sintered while surrounding the ball. In addition, the manufacturing method of the spherical sintered material using the volcanic byproduct is technically characterized by comprising the steps of: mixing 100 parts by weight of the volcanic byproduct pulverized to 60-80 mesh and 5-20 parts by weight of charcoal pulverized to 60-80 mesh to make a mixture; mixing 100 parts by weight of water and 1.9-6.7 parts by weight of calcium chloride to make a mixed solution; putting balls into a rotary container, and rotating the rotary container while feeding the mixture and the mixed solution into the rotary container to make a spherical material which has a ball placed in the center thereof; and sintering the spherical material.</p> |
