PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic sensor device capable of mitigating the influence of induction noise generated on a transmission path of an output from a magneto-sensitive sensor without securing a large space around a magnet.SOLUTION: A sensor device 10 has a double-sided substrate 5 including a magneto-sensitive sensor 4 mounted on one surface 501 thereof and a semiconductor device 9 mounted on the other surface 502 thereof, the magneto-sensitive sensor 4 and the semiconductor device 9 electrically connected to one another via a through hole 50 of the double-sided substrate 5. The magneto-sensitive sensor 4 and the semiconductor device 9 are arranged on a position where at least parts of the magneto-sensitive sensor 4 and of the semiconductor device 9 overlap with each other in a thickness direction of the double-sided substrate 5, and the through hole 50 is formed in a position overlapping with both the magneto-sensitive sensor 4 and the semiconductor device 9 in the thickness direction of the double-sided substrate 5. Consequently, a transmission path from the magneto-sensitive sensor 4 to the semiconductor device 9 is short, which reduces induction noise generated on the transmission path of the output from the magneto-sensitive sensor 4. |
