CHECK METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRESSURE RELEASE VALVE OF TRANSFORMER

A check method and check device for a pressure release valve of a transformer. The check method comprises the specific steps: (1) calibration divided into pre-pressure calibration and digital module calibration; (2) detection of a pressure release valve, detection being divided into pre-pressure control and pressure control; (3) airtightness detection: opening an air pump, and a pre-pressure air inlet solenoid valve, closing a pre-pressure air outlet solenoid valve, opening a pressure control solenoid valve, closing an air outlet solenoid valve under detection, and measuring pressure values of a pre-pressure end and an end under detection by means of a digital module; when the pressure value is higher than a set pressure value (10 kPa), closing the air pump and the pre-pressure air inlet solenoid valve; adjusting pressure by means of the pre-pressure air outlet solenoid valve, so as to enable the pressure value to be close to the set pressure value; and after receiving an instruction to stop control, stopping controlling the pressure; and (4) implementation of a communication function. The check method and check device can realize site check, and have good functions for quickly diagnosing a failure and judging the motion performance of the pressure release valve.
