PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally conductive composite silicone rubber sheet excellent in workability, thermal conductivity, reworkability, insulation guarantee properties, and long-term reliability.SOLUTION: The thermally conductive composite silicone rubber sheet is obtained by forming a thermally conductive silicone rubber layer (X), which has 0.05-0.9 mm thickness and contains a thermally conductive filler for high-hardness/non-adhesive thermally conductive rubber layers and has 60-100 durometer A hardness and the surface of which has non adhesiveness, on another thermally conductive silicone rubber layer (Y), which has 0.01-0.2 mm thickness and contains another thermally conductive filler for low-hardness/slightly-adhesive thermally conductive rubber layers and has 2-40 Asker C hardness and the surface of which has slight adhesiveness, while interposing a net-like reinforcing material (Z) therebetween, which material has 0.015-0.2 mm thickness and is sealed with a thermally conductive material. When tacky power is measured by a constant pressure penetration system by using a solder paste tacky power tester, the tacky power of the (X) layer is weaker than 10 gf and that of the (Y) layer is 10-100 gf. |
