The present invention provides an insulating film composition, a method of forming an insulating film of non-oriented electrical steel sheet using the same, and a non-oriented electrical steel sheet manufactured thereby. More specifically, the insulating film composition comprises: 50-150 parts by weight of an epoxy organic/inorganic composite; and 1.0-20 parts by weight of colloidal silica or alumina sol with respect to 100 parts by weight of composite metal phosphate. |
