The present invention provides a method of manufacturing a reform card and a reform card manufactured by the same, the method including: perforating a molding plate in a size corresponding to a specification of various information members formed on an existing issued card to form a mounting hole; dismantling the card by cutting a part including the information member of the existing card, which includes the information member; mounting the part including the information member on the mounting hole; laminating the molding plate, on which the part including the information member is mounted, by using heat and pressure; separating the laminated part including the information member from the molding plate; and bonding the separated part including the information member to a bonding space formed on a new card. According to the present invention, by separating the various information members such as a sign board, a magnetic band, a hologram, an IC chip, a card brand name, etc. from the existing card issued from the card issuer and then processing the information members and bonding the information members on the new card to manufacture a reform card, contents included in the information member are maintained while maintaining designs of various shapes and forms or reforming to an upgraded high-class card to resupply the reformed card. |
