This gas-barrier laminate (10) comprises a biaxially oriented polypropylene substrate (1) and an aluminum-oxide thin film (2) formed on one surface of said biaxially oriented polypropylene substrate (1), and the biaxially oriented polypropylene substrate (1) exhibits a plane orientation coefficient (&Dgr;P), as per phase-difference measurement, between 0.005 and 0.020, inclusive. Also, this gas-barrier laminate (10) comprises a biaxially oriented polypropylene substrate (1) and an aluminum-oxide thin film (2) formed on one surface of said biaxially oriented polypropylene substrate (1), and the biaxially oriented polypropylene substrate (1) exhibits a molecular-chain orientation angle, as measured by phase-difference measurement, between either 50° and 90° or −50° and −90°, inclusive, with respect to the MD direction. |
