PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recording device that records an image of light-curing liquid on a recording medium using a discharge head, which cools efficiently light source of a light irradiator that irradiates from the light source light that cures the liquid.SOLUTION: The image recording device comprises: a discharge head that is arranged opposite to a recording medium and discharges light-curing liquid to be cured by irradiation of light on the recording medium; and a light irradiator that irradiates light against liquid discharged on the recording medium by the discharge head. The light irradiator has: a light source substrate that is arranged opposite to the recording medium and has a light source to irradiate light against the recording medium; a heat transport member which has a connected portion that is directly or indirectly connected to the light source substrate and thermally contacts the light source substrate and a cooled portion which is positioned farther apart from the light source substrate than from the connected portion and performs heat transport from the connected portion to the cooled portion; and a cooling fan that is arranged opposite to the cooled portion and cools the cooled portion. |
