<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing syringe configured to maintain operative structural integrity at elevated temperatures.SOLUTION: A dispensing syringe includes a barrel 12 having a first end 14, a second end 16, and an interior reservoir 18. A piston 20 is slidably disposed within the reservoir and is movable to increase or decrease a volume of the interior reservoir near the first end of the barrel. At least a portion of at least one of the barrel, the piston, or a dispensing tip 22 comprises a material selected to maintain operative structural integrity of the dispensing syringe at elevated temperatures.</p> |
