<p>A method for manufacturing an organic light emitting diode display according to one embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: forming a thin film transistor on a substrate; forming a first electrode which is electrically connected to the thin film transistor; forming a hole assist layer on the first electrode; depositing an organic material on the hole assist layer using a mask with an opening part corresponding to the first electrode; forming an organic light emitting layer by removing a part of the organic material by a dry etching process; forming an electron assist layer on the organic light emitting layer; and forming a second electrode on the electron assist layer. In the dry etching process, an organic material outside the boundary line of the first electrode is removed.</p> |
