PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transport plural workpieces which are not arranged in a short time.SOLUTION: A workpiece transportation device 1 comprises: plural suction nozzles 12a, 12b, 12c, 12d, 12e, 12f, 12g, 12h for lifting up and down independently the workpiece 10 between holding/releasing height for holding or releasing the workpiece 10 and rise height risen from the holding/releasing height; a lifting limitation mechanism 210 for switching a state between part lifting possible state/part lifting impossible state in which one suction nozzle 12a-12h can lift up and down and other suction nozzles 12a-12h cannot lift up and down at the rise height and an all lifting possible state in which the all suction nozzles 12a-12h can lift up and down; and a lifting flange 202 for lifting up and down the suction nozzles 12a-12h and which can lifting up and down by lifting up and down itself. |
