A piezoelectric composite film according to the present invention diffuses both piezoelectric fillers and conductive fillers in a matrix, or forms a conductive coating film on the surface of the conductive film and diffuses the same in the matrix, thereby improving electrical flow in the matrix. In the matrix, regardless of an area which is adjacent to an electrode and an area which is not, an electric signal may be easily delivered to a plurality of the piezoelectric composite films diffused in the matrix. So, problems that displacement degree or the extent of mechanical vibration is different from each other on a piezoelectric layer may be minimized.
