PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rapidly disintegrating tablet in oral cavity which contains drug having unpleasant sensory characteristic, in which unpleasant sensory characteristic felt in taking the tablet is reduced, and release not depending on in vivo pH of a patient is shown.SOLUTION: A rapidly disintegrating tablet in oral cavity contains drug-containing granules which have coating containing components (A) to (D) outside grains containing drug having unpleasant sensory characteristic. In the case where the rapidly disintegrating tablet in oral cavity is tested according to the Dissolution Test in The Japanese Pharmacopoeia 16th edition, a value obtained by subtracting dissolution rate of second liquid from dissolution rate of first liquid is -20% or more and +20% or less from 0 minute to 60 minutes after starting the dissolution test. (A) water-insoluble cellulose ether, (B) water-insoluble acrylic acid-based polymer, (C) anionic surfactant and (D) triethyl citrate. |
