PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to create a plurality of biases with a single transformer, and linearly output any of positive and negative output from a single terminal without the generation of overshoot or undershoot.SOLUTION: A high-voltage power source device includes: a first rectifying and smoothing circuit (D1, C1) that rectifies and smooths an output of a first secondary winding of a transformer T, and outputs a voltage with a first polarity; a second rectifying and smoothing circuit (D2, C2) that rectifies and smooths an output of a second secondary winding of the transformer T, and outputs a voltage with a second polarity; fixed resistance means R2 that is connected with an output terminal 11b of the second rectifying and smoothing circuit; variable resistance means VR that is connected between the other terminal of the fixed resistance means and an output terminal 11a of the first rectifying and smoothing circuit; and control means 31 for outputting a control signal to change a resistance value of the variable resistance means. The high-voltage power source device outputs, from a first output terminal, the voltage with the first polarity from the first rectifying and smoothing circuit, and outputs, from a second output terminal, a voltage divided by serially connecting the fixed resistance means and the variable resistance means. |
