A wiring arrangement device with a transverse area linked to under- and upper bodies moves to and fro in their lengthwise direction. Interconnected swiveling links (2) swivel out of a linear structure in these bodies into a related 90[deg]-offset position in the transverse area and out of this position back into the linear structure. An independent claim is also included for a system made up of a wiring arrangement device. -
