Provided is a frame structure for a seat back, the frame structure being provided in a seat back having a seatbelt retractor and a seatbelt guide at the top of a seat and configured to have an oblique frame that obliquely extends upward to a seatbelt guide installation section from a first support point located on one end side in the seat width direction of the lower part of the seat back and a vertical frame that extends upward from a second support point located on the other end side in the seat width direction of the lower part of the seat back with the upper end thereof connected to the oblique frame. With such a configuration that the oblique frame and the vertical frame are extended to the seatbelt guide installation section, the stiffness against forward or obliquely forward loads applied to the frame structure can be improved effectively and the weight of the frame structure can be reduced easily.
