PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform accurate temperature control of a separation column while taking into account heat generation of the separation column caused by making a mobile phase flow through the separation column by high pressure.SOLUTION: An arithmetic processing unit 30 is connected to a system controller 28 that is connected with a liquid feed unit 2, an auto-sampler 4, a column unit 6 and a detection unit 8, and includes analysis conditioning means 32. The column unit 6 includes exothermic value prediction means 34, temperature control conditioning means 36 and a calorific power data holding unit 38. The exothermic value prediction means 34 acquires a calorific power generated in a separation column 16 on the basis of analysis condition set by the analysis conditioning means 32 and calorific power data held in the calorific power data holding unit 38. The temperature control conditioning means 36 sets actual temperature control conditions of a column oven 18 on the basis of the calorific power of the separation column predicted by the exothermic value prediction means 34. |
