The present invention relates to a novel ginsenoside glycosidase protein, a transformant in which a vector containing nucleic acid coding the protein is induced, or a method for manufacturing ginsenoid F2 by transforming PPD(protopanaxadiol) type saponin using a culture of the transformant and, more specifically, a composition for converting the PPD type saponin into the ginsenoid F2, which is a soluble saponin having high absorption rate, using a protein derived from Paenibacillus mucilaginosus and containing the protein, the transformant, or the culture thereof as an active ingredient, a novel ginsenoside glycosidase protein, nucleic acid coding the protein, a vector containing the nucleic acid, and a transformant in which the vector is induced. |
