PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collecting and distributing ring which can simplify a configuration of a manufacturing apparatus, and can reduce a cost, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A collecting and distributing ring 2 includes: first to third bus rings 21 to 23 which collect and distribute power to winding wires 111, 112 and 113 of a plurality of phases wound around a plurality of teeth 110 arranged in an annular shape; and a holding member 3 formed from a resin holding the first to third bus rings 21 to 23. The holding member 3 has an annular shape along the first to third bus rings 21 to 23, and recessed portions 31 are formed in a plurality of portions in its circumferential direction as exposure portions which expose the first to third bus rings 21 to 23 in the radial direction. |
