<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of being insufficient in detergency on the back face side of a cleaning object, due to being difficult to make a micro-bubble on the back face side of the cleaning object, when cleaning by using one micro-bubble generator in a cleaning device of aiming at a conventional filament body.SOLUTION: The cleaning device comprises a cleaning fluid injection part 2a oppositely provided to the cleaning object 1 composed of the filament body and injecting a cleaning fluid 9 including the micro-bubble into the cleaning object, and a reversal member 3 arranged on the opposite side of the cleaning fluid injection part to the cleaning object and collided with the back face side of the cleaning object by reversing the moving direction of the cleaning fluid including its micro-bubble to the direction of the cleaning object by receiving the cleaning fluid injected from the cleaning fluid injection part.</p> |
