PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building having a structure capable of further reducing a floor impact sound.SOLUTION: A building includes: a plurality of supporting legs 13 arranged on a floor slab 12; base material fixing parts (pedestal bases 17, common joists 17a) provided at upper ends of braces 16 of the supporting legs; a floor 1 including a plurality of base materials 18, a plurality of substrate materials 19, and flooring materials 20; and a wall (partition wall 3) constructed on the substrate materials of the floor and having an in-wall space 6 inside thereof. The base material fixing part is arranged at a part other than an underfloor space directly under the wall, and a joint 25 between the base materials extended in a direction along a border line 21 between the wall surface of the wall and the substrate material of the floor and adjacent with each other and a joint 26 between the substrate materials are arranged at parts other than the part directly under the wall. An air circulation hole 7 passing through the base material, the substrate material, and an intermediate column erection member and communicating the in-wall space of the wall with an underfloor space is provided in the base material and the substrate material positioned directly under the wall, and the intermediate column erection member (floor side runner 31) installed on the substrate material. |
