<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a force to open a sealing member without increasing the size of a device.SOLUTION: A developer storage unit stores developer, and includes: a developer storage container having a discharge part for discharging developer; a sealing member having connection parts to seal the discharge part; an opening member peeling off the sealing member from the developer storage container to open the discharge part; and frame bodies having a fixing part for fixing the developer storage container. The developer storage container has a discharge surface having the discharge part provided thereon, and a fixing target surface provided in continuation with the discharge surface at a predetermined angle and having a fixing target part to be fixed to the fixing part. The sealing member is peeled off from the developer storage container by the opening member, and includes the connection parts: a second connection part on the downstream side in a peeling-off direction provided on the discharge surface across the discharge part, and a first connection part on the upstream side provided on the fixing target surface.</p> |
