<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a device to recycle a waste material covered with synthetic resin, wherein metals and mixtures can be obtained and recycled from a waste material such as aluminum silver paper or covered conductors covered with synthetic resin; a chlorine gas generated during the pyrolysis of synthetic resin be completely removed in order not to be discharged to the outside; and the water pressure of a caustic soda liquid performs a safe valve function when internal pressure is rapidly increased due to pyrolysis, such that the explosion of a pyrolysis furnace can be prevented. The device of the present invention comprises: a pyrolysis furnace; a cooler connected with the pyrolysis furnace to cool oil mist; a gas and liquid separator connected with the cooler; an oil storing tank connected with the gas and liquid separator to store oil separated from the gas and liquid separator; and a neutralizer connected with the gas and liquid separator to neutralize a chlorine gas included in an exhaust gas separated from the gas and liquid separator. The neutralizing device includes a neutralizing tower which has an open top, is formed in a long cylindrical shape in a vertical direction, includes a caustic soda liquid stored therein, has a feeding hole formed on the bottom thereof, and ascends while simultaneously feeding an exhaust gas which includes chlorine gas forming bubbles. The level of the caustic soda liquid stored in the neutralizing tower is set at a height at which the chlorine gas reacts with the caustic soda liquid in order to completely be neutralized while the exhaust gas fed through the feeding hole ascends in a bubble state.</p> |
