When the entire surface of an object to be worked is subjected to WJP, an oxide film is formed on the surface of the object to be worked by noble metal ions in the spray solution and corrosion resistance is thereby improved. Platinum metal ions (at least one selected from Pt, Pd, Ru, Ir, Rh and Os) are dissolved in the spray water, the spray water is sprayed onto the surface of the object to be worked, and an oxide film containing platinum metal is formed. It should be noted that the noble metal ions are dissolved in water in which the object to be worked is disposed and WJP can be performed using pure water. |
