The present invention relates to an apparatus for creating a three-dimensional video which comprises a cut division unit for dividing a two-dimensional video input into two or more cuts according to a predetermined criteria; a manual conversion unit for receiving a depth value of one frame among the frames forming each of the two or more cuts divided by the cut division unit to convert the corresponding frame into a three-dimensional frame; and an automatic conversion unit for automatically converting other frames included in each of the cuts into three-dimension by referencing the three-dimensional frame converted by the manual conversion unit.
