KONONENKO-ROZHKO METHOD FOR ANESTHESIA, TREATMENT AND RESTORATION OF PARTIALLY DESTROYED TOOTH AFFECTED WITH PULPITIS

A method for the anesthesia, the treatment and the restoration of the partially destroyed tooth affected with pulpitis used in painful sensitivity of the pulp following devitalization comprises the additional application anesthesia of the pulp under the pressure. The cavity of the tooth is sealed with the aid of the cap. Then on the masticatory surface of the inlay, the opening is generated, and the cavity is prepared down to the pulp chamber. Then the dry swab soaked in anesthetic solution is applied onto the pulp. The cavity is closed with the cork of the medical rubber. The pressure is applied onto the rubber providing for the compression of anesthetic solution and the quality application anesthesia of the pulp under the pressure. Following the painless treatment and filling of the canals, the cavity and the opening of the inlay are closed with the filling restoring completely the anatomical shape and masticatory efficacy of the tooth.
