FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: final shaping of tampon by radial heat seal of at least one area extending in circle along tampon lateral surface. At least one groove is penetrated in lateral surface, its plane being perpendicular to tampon length. Tampon lateral surface is surrounded by at least one first die with pressure sections mounted to displace toward each other concaved and convexed in smaller degree than tampon lateral surface. At squeezing the tampon by pressure sections, tampon surface sealed and squeezed convexed shape results. Sealed section features shape corresponding to contour of pressure sections. Proposed device has at least one mould with concaved pressure sections arranged in opposite directions.EFFECT: tampon with different cross-sections, no fibre structure deterioration.25 cl, 16 dwg |
