The present invention relates to an energy bar which is convenient for carrying and allows a person to easily take nutritive components and energy by mixing ginseng powder and flaxseed with nuts and the like. Particularly, a ginseng energy bar allows nutritive components to be sufficiently supplied in an urgent condition such as deterioration in physical strength caused by an empty stomach and the like in case of climbing or outdoor activities. The ginseng energy bar is manufactured by the steps of: mixing 0.5-2 parts by weight of ginseng powder, 3-10 parts by weight of roasted and crushed almond, 5-15 parts by weight of roasted almond slices, 2-6 parts by weight of crushed walnut, 10-25 parts by weight of crushed peanut, 2-7 parts by weight of roasted cashew nut, 3-8 parts by weight of roasted sunflower seed, 3-10 parts by weight of sugared and dried cranberry, 5-15 parts by weight of roasted brown rice, 2-7 parts by weight of powdered flaxseed and 1-5 parts by weight of roasted flaxseed to make a raw material mixture; mixing 12-25 parts by weight of isomaltooligosaccharide, 1-7 parts by weight of an apple concentrate having a sugar content of 72 brix or more, 3-8 parts by weight of sugar and 0.1-0.3 parts by weight of a ginseng flavor to make a mix; and heating the mix to 100-105°C in order that the mix is not burned, followed by mixing the raw material mixture to the mix and uniformly blending them. The ginseng energy bar in the present invention is a convenience food which contains nutritive components evenly, has sufficient calories and thus can be immediately ingested when high energy is needed. Particularly, a person can conveniently take out the ginseng energy bar while easily carrying the ginseng energy bar to ingest the ginseng energy bar in case of an empty stomach or need for energy while climbing or biking. Therefore, the ginseng energy bar can be practically used in an urgent condition.
