<p>PURPOSE: A shield device for a rolling mill is provided to prevent the diffusion of foreign materials and steam generated in a rolling process by installing a surrounding unit for surrounding the rolling mill. CONSTITUTION: A shield device for a rolling mill comprises a surrounding unit, an inlet, and an outlet(4). The surrounding unit surrounds the rolling mill. Materials are supplied to the rolling mill by the inlet and are discharged from the rolling mill by the outlet. The surrounding unit comprises shield members(10,20,30,40) and a cover member(5). The shield members surround the front, rear, lateral sides of the rolling mill. The cover member covers the top side of the rolling mill.</p> |
