1. An isolated polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 4 and further comprising an amino acid substitution at position 180; and an amino acid substitution at position 98 of SEQ ID NO:4,—wherein,
(a) the amino acid residue at position 98 is arginine, and (b) the amino acid residue at position 180 is selected from the group consisting of glycine, proline, serine or glutamic acid.
