PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition capable of forming a coating film or a fine pattern capable of being sintered even when sintered at a low temperature of 150°C or lower and for a short time, easy to control a thickness of the coating film and exhibiting high conductivity.SOLUTION: A silver nanoparticle is manufactured by a process of manufacturing a silver complex compound having a special structure by reacting a silver compound with one or two kinds of mixture selected from an ammonium carbamate-based compound, an ammonium carbonate-based compound or an ammonium bicarbonate compound, and reacting a reductant with the silver complex compound or reduction or thermolysis by heating.
