A sensor for analysis of bio-chemical media includes a power supply, control and computing unit, prism of total internal reflection with film metal working element applied to its surface, device for mechanical turn of the prism, stepping motor and the system for transfer of rotary motion from the stepping motor to the prism, lighting system of p-polarized monochromatic light. Additionally it has a block for cuvette washing and drying block. The washing and drying modes are set with the single device control unit just after each measurement of the sample of medium that in studied. |
