PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having high durability by improving durability against an oxidative gas such as NOx in long-term repeated use, suppressing image degradation caused by decrease in image density or generation of image blur, suppressing not only daily variation in a potential of an exposed portion but variation in a job, and capable of stably giving an image of high picture quality. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor has a photosensitive layer on a conductive support, in which the photosensitive layer contains a charge transporting substance having a triphenyl amine structure having a fluorene ring of a specific structure, and an amine compound expressed by general formula (2). In the formula, A and B may be identical or different from each other, each selected from (i) -CH<SB POS="POST">2</SB>X and (ii) -CH<SB POS="POST">2</SB>CH<SB POS="POST">2</SB>Y.
