The present invention relates to a clip. A pin is directly slide-guided without being deviated from between legs of a grommet. A guide unit (92) is installed to guide a plurality of legs (71) to open, by sliding both end portions of the legs (71) of a grommet (40) toward a shaft direction of a pin (50). The guide unit (92) is formed into a thin film shape. When passing through a mount hole (21) openly installed on a plate-like member (20), the inside of the guide unit (92), formed by a pair of vertical walls (92a), the legs (71) are elastically deformed to the inside of a radiant direction. Ribs (73) installed on the inside of the guide unit (92) and legs (72) are maintained of an insertion interval from each other to face each other, and an orienting interval gradually decreases from a rear end portion to a front end portion. Moreover, the four legs (71, 141) of the grommet (40, 110) can become either two or four. |
