The present invention relates to a 3-line chain flight type sludge collecting apparatus, including: first through third chain conveyors having first through third chains rotated in a closed loop by a motor, while being separately arranged inside a settling pond; and a plurality of flights connected to the first through third chains to move along the first through third chains while having a unit size for collecting the sludge of the settling pond. The flights are respectively connected to the first and second chains and the second and third chains, while the flights connected to the first and second chains and the flights connected to the second and third chains are arranged while alternating.
