The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing natural salt including: an intake part for absorbing seawater; an impurity treatment part connected to the intake part to remove impurities in the absorbed seawater; a freshwater treatment part connected to the impurity treatment part and removing a predetermined amount of freshwater from the seawater with the impurities removed, thereby generating concentrated water in which inorganic substances and salt are concentrated; and an evaporation module part which is connected to the fresh water treatment part and gradually evaporates the concentrated water to allow sun-dried salts containing different concentrations of inorganic substance to be generated. According to the present invention, the concentrated water subjected to a seawater desalination process is gradually evaporated, and thus effects of producing sun-dried salts containing different concentrations of inorganic substances can be expected.
