PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan filter unit control system capable of maintaining and continuing an operation of a whole system even during temporary power supply drop and power supply failure.SOLUTION: A fan filter unit control system includes: a central monitor device 2 in which a plurality of pieces of equipment 1 for sending air into a room is connected sequentially, and which performs control; a rotation frequency receiving means 13 for receiving a rotation frequency instruction signal from the central monitor device 2 and recognizing the rotation number instruction; and a storage unit 21 for storing the instruction rotation number at the time of abnormality. It also includes: motor operation determination means 14 for selecting one of the instruction rotation frequency at the time of abnormality and the instruction rotation frequency at the time of abnormality recognized by the rotation frequency receiving means 13, and makes a motor 8 drive; voltage detection means 19 for detecting an output voltage of power factor improvement means 18 of the equipment 1; and a voltage determination unit 20 for determining the time of power supply abnormality from the voltage detected by the voltage detection means 19. The motor operation determination means 14, when the voltage determination unit 20 determines the time of abnormality, determines an operation of the motor 8 by the instruction rotation frequency at the time of abnormality of the storage unit 21, and performs operation. |
