The wheel has a ring gear rotating around a rotation axis of main shaft and being provided with a blade (21) that engages with a surface i.e. bearing support directly or indirectly through rolling. The blade assumes from a rest position to a work position. Overall length of the direct or indirect engagement surfaces of the wheel with a bearing support is greater than minimal circumference of the wheel when the blade is in rest position and a maximal circumference of the wheel when the blade is in work position. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a movement transmission mechanism (2) an engine.
