<p>Provided is a charging member that hardly causes charge irregularities in a photoreceptor, even in the case where vibration occurs to the photoreceptor, so that image quality of an electrophotographic device should be maintained, which is required more as the speed of the electrophotographic device has increased in recent years. The charging member includes a conductive support body, a conductive elastic layer, and a top surface layer. The elastic layer contains: a resin that has an epichlorohydrin chain in a molecular structure thereof; and a specific flavonoid compound having two or more hydroxyl groups in the molecular structure.</p> |
