TEMPERATURE CONTROL METHOD FOR SYSTEM CONVERSION BETWEEN LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid chromatograph apparatus by which, when a measurement method about temperature control in a column oven of another liquid chromatograph apparatus is used, the same measurement result as another liquid chromatograph apparatus can be obtained.SOLUTION: A liquid chromatograph apparatus includes: a liquid chromatograph unit including a column oven in which a column is to be stored and heated or cooled; and a control unit which controls a temperature in the column oven on the basis of a prescribed timetable. In the control unit, temperature control characteristics of the liquid chromatograph unit obtained in response to input of a prescribed command value and another temperature control characteristics obtained in response to input of the same command value to another liquid chromatograph apparatus are stored. In the control unit, the timetable is converted on the basis of the temperature control characteristics and another temperature control characteristics so that a temperature control mode obtained by controlling the temperature in the column oven in the liquid chromatograph unit becomes closer to another temperature control mode obtained by controlling a temperature in a column oven in another liquid chromatograph unit.
