The present invention relates to an electromagnetic interference suppression sheet, wherein are stacked a conductive layer including a metallic conductive filler and having a surface electrical resistance of 100-5000&OHgr;/□, and a magnetic layer wherein a magnetic material is mixed and which has a magnetic permeability real part µ' at 100MHz of 3-45. This electromagnetic interference suppression sheet has a low-pass filter characteristic in a near electromagnetic field in a wide frequency band range from low-frequency to high-frequency, and is suited for mounting of electronic devices in high densities. |
