<p>Composite material comprises at least a binding agent, a curing agent and/or accelerator, a first filler fraction and a second filler fraction. The first filler fraction comprises 20-80% fillers of Mohs hardness of less than 5.5 and an average particle diameter of less 100 mu m. The second filler fraction comprises 20-80% fillers of Mohs hardness of more than 5.5 and an average particle diameter of 100-1000 mu m. Independent claims are also included for: (1) producing a composite material using at least one binding agent, filler fraction, curing agent and/or accelerator, comprising using first filler fraction and second filler fraction, introducing the curing agent and/or the accelerator in the region of at least one surface of the composite material prior to the complete curing of the binding agent to form a concentration gradient; and (2) a mold part comprising a composite material.</p> |
