PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washer with a spring capable of exhibiting a sufficient locking function even in a non-crushed state, and a fastener using the same.SOLUTION: A fastener is a fastener for fixing a second fastening target member to a first fastening target member. The fastener includes: a pedestal fixed to the first fastening target member; a washer with a spring attached to the pedestal, and interposing between the pedestal and the second fastening target member; and a fastening body fastening the second fastening target member to the pedestal. The washer with a spring includes: a screw-portion insertion hole into which a screw portion of the fastening body is inserted; and an edge portion formed around the screw-portion insertion hole, and abutted and thereby pressed by a pressing portion provided on the fastening body during fastening of the fastening body; and a plate spring extending forward and outward of the screw-portion insertion hole in an insertion direction of the fastening body from the edge portion, and having a bent portion halfway. During the fastening of the fastening body, a tip end of the plate spring abuts on the second fastening target member after the edge portion is pressed by the pressing portion in a state in which the bent portion abuts on the pedestal. |
