PURPOSE: Self-supporting type metal sulfide-based two-dimensional nano-structured anode active materials and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to directly grow the anode active materials on a wide metal board using a pulse laser deposition process. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing self-supporting type metal sulfide-based two-dimensional nano-structured anode active materials includes the following: Aggregate is prepared based on metal sulfide-based materials. The aggregate is inserted into a tube in a pulse laser depositing electric furnace. A metal board is separately arranged in the tube. The pressure in the tube is lowered to the 0.01-0.03 Torr of the vacuum state. The temperature of the electric furnace is raised to temperature between 590 and 610 degrees Celsius. Pulse laser is introduced into the tube to delaminate the aggregate. |
