The present invention relates to a plant factory using natural light, and has a growth and development house which is formed to have a sealed interior space for growth and development of a substitution vegetation plant inside; a skylight, on the upper surface of a growth and development house, formed for sunlight to enter the interior space; and a filter unit enabling only light in shielded or selected wavelength bands from sunlight entered through the skylight to be filtered and penetrated. According to such a plant factory using natural light, only light in wavelength bands required for plant growth and development is filtered from incident sunlight and is supplied, and an advantage of using air in a residential building as a source of carbon dioxide is provided.
