PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biomarker protein capable of detecting a cervical cancer with high accuracy, and usable as a tumor marker and a drug discovery target, to provide a method of detecting the cervical cancer using the biomarker protein, and to provide a method of screening a cervical cancer remedy. SOLUTION: The method of detecting the cervical cancer detects decreased expression of crystallin in a biological sample.
