A composite containing silymarin, dextrin, saponin, and a solvent and an orally ingestible composition comprising the same are disclosed. The composite containing silymarin, according to an embodiment of the present invention, has excellent water-dispersibility and water-solubility. By using the composite, a production cost can be reduced due to a simple formulation process and a composition having excellent bioavailability can be obtained.
