The device (100) has a ratchet latch (3) pivoting about a ratchet pivot pin (10) between a meshed position and a disengaged position. A spring plate (1) has a resilient arm (8) with an end that is rigidly secured to a plate (P) or to a fixed point relative to the plate. The ratchet pivot pin is mounted on a ratchet support (12) that is formed by the arm or fixed to the arm. An indicator component i.e. hand (6), is provided in proximity to another end of the arm. The indicator component displays barrel torque reserve in a timepiece in conjunction with a graphic or graduated scale. |
