摘要 The present invention provides silicon nanoparticles of which surfaces are modified to include a Li_xSi_yO_z phase film and a carbon (C) coating layer on the surface by adding a lithium source and a carbon source during the preparation of silicon nanoparticles or a post treatment process. The present invention can prevent surface oxidation of the silicon nanoparticles which are very easily oxidized during a crushing process. The silicon nanoparticles in which oxidation is prevented are used as an anode material, thereby solving problems of capacity reduction, electrolyte depletion, and the likes due to the oxidized film. Thus, the deterioration in characteristics of a lithium secondary battery can be prevented.
