摘要 The present invention relates a method for managing a human resource using a human resource management software module of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, in which the method is performed by a computer terminal of a human resource manager. The method of the present invention comprises the steps: (a) registering, by a competency comparing unit, a competency analysis table that expresses correlation between a plurality of competencies in a numerical quantity; (b) comparing a registered holding competency of a human resource subject and data of the competency analysis table, and reevaluates the holding competency of the human resource subject; (c) outputting, by a duty compatibility determining unit, duty compatibility data of the human resource subject on the basis of the competency data that is reevaluated in the step (b).
